You never stop repairing and renewing yourself. You must absorb the light and shadow of each day you live. Don't keep your spirit stuck in yesterday as a new day begins. Prayer is process.

I take off tomorrow on a 4 day 124 mile fastpack of the Ohlone 50k course. It's my PCT training. I was just going to do three days but found out I have Monday off ,and will just go back to Mission Peak. I was going to have my friend pick me up in Del valle but now I don't have to.
Have a great weekend. I know I will. I will be getting in touch with nature :)

Hey Catra,
You aren't going on the 4 day by yourself, are you? Have a great time! Be safe out there and stay hydrated and dry. Blah, blah, blah, I know you know all this stuff. I'll think of you when I'm out on my runs and Mission Peak is in my view. Boomer and I hope to see you next week sometime. Take care and stay well.

Hi Catra, I have been lurking in the background reading your posts here and wanted to wish you good luck on your fastpack hike this weekend. My running has been non-existent for the last few months and am looking for some inspiration to get me back out there.

Have a great weekend getting in touch with nature! you're looking great!

Hi Catra,

I just wanted to thank you for whipping my butt into trail shape. I ran my firs 50 at AR this past Saturday and I did a lot better than I dared to hope.

I hope that you are having a great time fastpacking all over the place.

Until you get back,
