I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow hopefully he will give me the ok to start riding the bike in the gym. I also hope he allows me to start hiking for a few hours a day.I hope everyone is having a great Sunday.

my dog, Brandy and i ran in joaquin miller today.....she was one happy dog! hope you get a clean bill of health tomorrow and we can go to mission peak soon!

I know I'm going a bit crazy. It wouldn't be so bad if I could at least do some sort of exercise. Hopefully that will change after my visit today.
It's not like I will never run again. I always look at the brightside.
I hope I can start hiking Mission Peak at least tomorrow. I'm thinking it might snow. So I gotta be up there for the first snow of the year on the peak ;)

My dog does not like the rain either. She stops every few steps to shake herself off, and steps over every possible puddle.
