Those are great words of encouragement. I have been there and dealt with that (A LOT it about a year ago) and people only poison us if we let them!

The Four agreements is a book by Don Miguel Ruiz.
It is a self help book.

I have the book ,the CD's and the toltec wisdom cards.

It's an awesome book. I think everyone who wants change in their life should read it.

Saw you at RR100....ran behind you for the first loop. was then lucky enough to hang in there for a sub 24 in my first 100 mile attempt. I still can't fully believe it!! I couldn't get over how many people were shouting hello to you!! a real testamet to the positive energy that surrounds you. Congrats on your finish in what was definitly some COLD weather. i look forward to speaking with you if our paths cross in the future.
