I'm off the cleanse and feel great!
It won't be snowing where I'm at.
I will be in Huntsville at the state park.
Just talk to my peeps there it will be cold & clear at night 30's and high 55. perfect running weather.
I'm running the whole race with my good friend Xy. We are going to have so much fun.
I ran Javelina 100 in rizona with her in Nov.
So my goal is to stay with her and push her through the night.

Stay warm - you will do great and help your friend to do great also...just like in Arizona :) Glad your off that crazy cleanse...it can't be good for you to go without food for that long :( Yes, I am well...just had a birthday and feeling better than when I was younger for sure....take care
