Zen Card of the day.....
Zen mind.
Experience all things with the enthusiasm of a child, as if you were seeing it for the first time.
This is the zen mind.
Always new, always aware, always that
of a beginner.

What a great zen card, I will practice this during my next 100, next weekend San Diego 100.
Have a beautiful day ;)

Oh Hell ya jeffo...Colorado has some crazy ass trails that are super steep! I've been up running on some of those 14,000ft passes, and the death drops are scarry.
Cheers,
Catra

You are awesome! I used to trailrun the marin headlands, Muir Woods, and Mt.Tam. Now I am living in South Korea, a country blanketed in mountains, about 70% of the country is mountainous. Inwang mountain, Pukhan mountain, Dobong, Surak Mountain, and my favorite Ansan Mountain. The trails are totally cool and the only downside is that it is usaully an uphill run and then a downhill run; There are not many flat tracks. You two really inspire me. I am glad to have found your blogs!

Hey Kimcheemonster-
I love up hills. I climb 2,517 ft. each day on my run. I only run trails. The road sucks and who the hell would want to run on the road anyway with all the wilderness we have here.

I love running up Mountain Peaks and reaching the summit of a high pass. it's as almost good as sex :)
The wilderness is my playground and I love to play.
Thanks for stopping by.
