Me & Alikona on top of Mission Peak. She drove all the way from Sacramento to run with me. Well she had to work in the Bay Area today too ;) Thanks Alikona I had a blast!!!

Hey Matt-

They made the powder product a few years back because I told them I couldn't use it because the Whey.
I think they realize they don't have to use whey and they can use vegi caps.

Next time I will have you sleep over so we can start early ;)

FYI Jerry said when you come out for the Ohlone 50k next week you can sleep over the night before. He has an extra room. I think he's also going to do the last 10 mile loop during my 75 miler. So you can go sleep and shower and we can all go out to eat after.
