Is Rocky a rotund dachsund? I enjoyed your blog. I'm afraid to put pictures of myself on my blog. I liked your pictures. One of my trail running friends recommended I check out your blog for the colorful pics. Your blog has given me a confidence boost! I'm a trail runner too, on the other side of the country, but I've yet to go beyond the marathon distance.

Hey Sesationally red-

Rocky is half Dachsund & Jack russel. He has a little extra. I think when I'm not home my elderly Uncle who lives with me feeds him one to many treats :)
That's why I gotta run him.

Set a goal and go for it. I did way back when I said a 50k is only 5 miles more than a marathon how hard could it be??? You won't know until you push yourself beyond the Marathon.
You will be hooked if you do.

How are you doing day 8 of the cleanse? We are starting our 1st cleanse on Sunday,I have really enjoyed your blog. I ran with a "Jake" the brown spotted dalmation for years! I still miss him! Have a great day. It was Sunny today in the NW.

Hey Anon-
That's awesome you will be doing the Master cleanse. I'm feeling really good better than the first few days. I'm running a 50k tomorrow we will see how it goes. It's just a fun run.
Tomorrow will be day 8 and I'm doing grear..LOL!!

OMG Will that is so cute! Thank you for giving my Rocky some ink..I LOVE IT!!!!
See Ya around. Wish you could of ran the 50k today. I coached my friend Michelle through the whole 50k it was her first Ultra we finished in 6:47 my goal was to get her in, under 7 hours.
She did awesome. I'm helping her train for her first 50 miler in April. Today was not about me it was about giving and helping.
We had 21 starters and 19 finishers.
