I just wanted to tell you what an inspiration you are. I stumbled on your blog, and literally sat at my desk at work doing NOTHING all day, but reading it.

I actually did two triahtlons last year, and hope to get more into running this year. I didnt train nearly as hard as I know I can, so I plan on making a bigger effort this year, but want to do more trail running.

However I wanted you to know, YOU TOTALLY KICK ASS!! Thanks so much for all the inspiration!
