Looking fit as usual. I've decided to run (and finish) Hellgate, no matter what. So pass some positive vibes my way. I have a long way to go. In more ways than one.

Hi Catra!!

My plan is to do the 9am or noon classes so I'll see you tomorrow!

Frianabeth was so intimidating....I need to practice my squat cleans.

Great shots on mission peak, I enjoyed both times i visited it.

Ever run at coyote hills, I used to ride those crazy hills like 1x a month. Some of those things are CRAZY Steep.

The vies from MIssion are I think the best though on that side of the bay.

You are such a rockstar! So, I was posting as Anon and finally decided to stop lurking :) Anyway, I am finishing my CF intro classes today and start the regular WOD tomorrow. I'm kind of freaked out!

hmmm... Carl might get on ya with that long reach out front ...and that long kick out back.

{wink}

Curious where you are getting those WODs? ...custom?

400s yesterday myself doing Nicole.

Pull-ups improving, but 400s are absolute lung suckers.

Keep it up, looking fit as he||

Hi Christian-
LOL!!! It was all just for the photo that's not how anyone runs...I make up some off them or Carl makes them up if I'm not at crossfit.
I go to crossfit 5 days a week so usually I only have to make up two.
Last week one world was closed 4 days so Carl made up my WODs.

You keep it up too...I'm super excited Carl's coming up tonight and we will be doing some other time of WODS if you know what I mean ;)
