After several months of checking out your website, I am now sucumbing to trying CrossFit. There is a gym across the street from my office, so I don't have an excuse. Thanks for the motivation, I love your blog!

Alright, leaving for the Mother Road race tomorrow afternoon. After my recovery from that, I am seriously thinking about taking up crossfit. any advice? have a great weekend!

I'm going to try out Flatirons CrossFit in Boulder...it'll be worth every penny if I end up with a rockin' bod like yours; I think my husband would agree too :)!
I'm pretty "fit" but not that strong and can use some muscle tone so it'll be good. Advice...how long did you feel that it took before you started to see some good results?
