It will a 60+ mile epic journey. Going with a few dedicated friends. We are starting late in the day so we will be running through the night.Crossfit WOD "ANNIE"

Good luck! I hope you don't get too much snow - I had a surprise 6 inches of snow in Desolation Wilderness last weekend :)

That sounds like a super scenic run and you so destroyed my Annie time. Double Unders are the bane of my Crossfit existence second only to Thrusters.

That run sounds amazing! And through the night? Epic! I'm inspired your dedication and work ethic. You help drive me to find something I love that much, and to place my heart and soul in it. Great to have you around lately girl. Be good!

Hey Darcy-
I was only able to do two double unders at a time. I should note I did count my failed attempts. Or else it would of been more like 4 hours ;) I need to get to the point where I can rx everything. Working my way up to that point.

Yosemite is such a beautiful, healing place. You're so lucky to be able to enjoy it as often as you do! Hope you have a great run!

Catra,

When I do Double Unders it's jump, jump, double under, repeat. I'm sure I jump that rope 100 times to get 20. Sounds like we are at about the same level. My coach doesn't let us count failed attempts so I curse a lot when I miss one :)

Hey Darcy-
That's the only way I can do it too. I count 2 then jump. I was getting good six months back. Now I have to practice. Carl thinks my form is shit so need to work on it with him.
