Just dropped by from BirthdayChallenge.com. Great site. I love Mission peak. I used to train a lot on it before bumbling in the Sierras. I would love to know your time up the hill, it would blow my mind!
Have a great time in Utah.

Hey BTW I'm half Irish.
Catra
Hey Ted-
I'm not that fast.. I think maybe 45 min. I usually go Horse Heave which is longer and it takes me 1 hour 10 min. I don't really time myself. I just know it takes me around 4:45-5:30 to run 20 miles to Sunol and back. I always know I have 5:30 hours becouse I have to hurry and get to work when I run it on Thursdays& Sundays.
Catra
Wow, run 20 miles to Sunol and back. I can't really even imagine ultra running, I'm glad you get such a kick out of it!
Mission Peak is one of my favorite places as well. I had this unbelievably great friend, my dog, whose ashes I scattered at the summit. He died at 4 with cancer, but he probably had been with me there hundreds of times, some great memories.
