Beautiful Fall day!Try not to force the situation or force a resolution. If you would just wait a moment more you will be shown, or find, exactly what you are looking for. Try to use more inner guidance, in other words, your intuition or gut-feelings. You should now be evolved enough to know that you don’t always have to have all the answers or know the future in advance in order to attain success and avoid failure. Trust in yourself and the universe and everything will turn out as it is supposed to.

Practicing a handstand split, Mission Peak in the background.
It was foggy and humid ,but got sunny above the clouds and it cleared up by the time I finished my 5 mile run.
I did my WOD in the parking lot after.
WOD for time:
100 squats 5 push-ups
75 squats 10 push-ups
50 squats 15 push-ups
25 squats 20 push-ups
my time 5:15

Some people see things as they are and say "Why."

I dream things that never were and say

"Why not."

How do you decide what to do for each of your CrossFit workouts?

Hi dave- I belong to One world crossfit so I go there 5 days a week. There is crossfit.com for the wod each day or my boyfriend Carl designs my WODS for me. He's a crossfit trainer at Newport beach crossfit.
My gym is closed until Monday so Carl will make up my WODs the rest of the week.

OK, thought so, but wondered because your WOD was different from the site.

By the way, my wife Allegra and I have followed your MySpace blog for quite awhile, she was surprised to see you and happy to meet you at the expo for the Trail of 2 cities marathon last weekend.

Coincidentally, she's a big fan of running and cycling skirts.
