I'm feeling better today.I was able to run 6 miles and I did my crossfit during my run.
I really must be toxic , I can't beleive how toxix I am from taking antibiotics. The last time I did the MC I was feeling great all but 1 day.
I'm having a back pain today and I know it's just a sign of the cleanse.
It's day 5 so I'm half way there.
