I did it!! Ohlone 131 miler in 49:45.

This was my 10th year running 100 or 131 miles before the race and finishing the last 50k of the Ohlone with the official race. I want to thank my awesome pacers Kathy D'Onofrio who ran 64 miles total both the night section she is always a rockstar!! Martin Whitcomb who ran out to me in Sunol on my 3rd trek back. Also thanks to Jerry Roninger for his help shuttling Kathy back and bringing out Truman and Skye to pace me. Oh and Julia who ran two miles and brought me ice!!

I had a great run and felt strong the whole way.

Ohlone 131 miler starts tomorrow looking forward to the challenge. Friends please send me positive vibes and thoughts. I will need it.

I hopefully will finish 48 hours on Sunday during the Ohlone 50k race which is the last part of my run.

Truman ran his second 10k trail race. Cinderella trail. His time was 1:12 missed his PR by a minute. He had to stop for 2 poop breaks. Lol. He was 27th overall out of over 100 runners. 1st in his age.

Awesome run at mt. Diablo 50k last weekend. I ran 6:53
2nd in age 9th female and 55th overall.
Training hard for Miwok 100k which is next weekend. Woo hoo

This quote goes out to those who are always trying to tell me what they think is best for me! criticize me when you reach my level, meanwhile, ADMIRE me ;)

Runner: hey you are flying
Me: I know!!
Runner: took us 5 loops to catch you, you are killing it this year. You're on a 19 hour pace.
Me: WTF, yikes
I finished Umstead 100 in 23:11, 12th female, 66th overall 4th in age.
Yes I went out fast and did great the first 5 loops slowed on 6 and survived the death march on 6&7.
I want to thank my awesome crew/pacer Donato for helping me out and going above and beyond to get me through the race. Also a huge shout out to Courtney Leeham for helping me too. She was crewing her hubby Nate who ran a strong 2nd place.
This race is awesome from all the volunteers I think 300 help out in one way or another. All the runners crews for encouraging all of us runners and all the runners who I love being able to see so many times along the course we all kicked ass.
This was #3 , 100 miler of the year and my 90th 100 mile finish. Thanks to all my friends who support me and encourage me to keep pushing love you all.
Can't wait to run Umstead 100 again next year.

Yay I was first place girl at San Bruno mountain 50 miler.
It feels great to know I came to win and I won.
This fruitarian way of life is working. For all who had doubts just look at my success in my last 4 races.
I feel better that I have in my life!!
This course was tough but oh so beautiful.

You've got to take the good with the bad, smile with the sad, love what you've got, and remember what you had. Always forgive, but never forget. Learn from mistakes, but never regret.
