Happy Mothers Day to all you Moms. Me & my little son Rocky went out for a run. Some days it's a little hard to get him going but
all I have to do is say, "Rocky want a cookie" and that get's him running.
Beautiful day at Coyote hills.

I got that Nathan hydration pack that you have and it is great! I took it on my long run yesterday and then on a long hike today, and I could hardly tell it was on. All of my running girlfriends want one now! Good luck on the PCT - I always enjoy seeing what you are up to - it inspires me to continue to live it up!
