Hi Scott-

I'm fine!! I have been taking it easy. I will get back on the WST 100 course in a couple months and at least do a solo one way. I got it all planned out.
I will most likely see you at The Tahoe rim 100m. i see you're running , I think the 50k.
Should be fun :)
