20 hours after finishing my Ohlone 100 mile run. looking well rested and happy. It's back to work today. That was my third hundred mile run this year. Next month I will attempt to double Western States 100 mile race. Stay tuned for that adventure.  Posted by Picasa

I will run the race first then turn around at the finish, and run back to Squaw Valley.
