THE WORLD LIVES AND BREATHES, AND WE CAN DRAW ITS SPIRIT INTO US.
Think rolling waves, warm sun, wet grass, fresh earth, crowded elevator, busy streets, birds singing. Get into all the sensations of life today. You don't need a lengthy meditation to connect to nature-just draw it in.
Andy and I freezing on the top of Diablo after our run. It was 2pm and 46 degrees.

Hi Catra!

Are you doing Diablo 50 on April 12th? I'm doing it in June (there's another one).

Hi CG-
I'm running the 50 mile race this weekend. I have run the 50k before it's a nice course. I usually don't run 50ks because I do that in my long runs training.
I will be running San Diego 100 and Bighorn 100 in June.
You will love the 50k it's very challenging.

This Banff girl is VERY excited to be coming to your corner of the world to run this weekend!! Woohoo! I may be the only one hoping the weather is delightfully chilly, just like in your pictures,or I may otherwise melt.

And when I see the pink haired Catra out there running in all of her glory I will be sure to say Hi!!

Hey Leslie-
Looking forward to meeting you!! I hate to burst your bubble but it's suppose to be 80 degrees. So drink lot's!!! There are a few places where the aid stations are far apart.
I always carry a hydration pack in that race.
See you Saturday.

My company firewall has blocked me from blogger, so it's much harder for me to keep up. Very glad to see you and Andy doing so well. There's hope in the world!
As for your race performance, I with you on that. I'm currently sucking at everything I do. It's still tons of fun, though, right? Beats sitting on a couch watching TV.
