Running in Sunol.
I love Sunol it is such a beautiful place. You feel so small is such a big open space. There is so much to explore. It is my playground. For those of you who have not run there yet, I suggest you go there some time to see the beauty.
DAY#5 Of the master cleanse I'm half way there and feeling good. I plan on running to Rose Peak in Sunol tomorrow with my friend Julia. It's 20 miles , it's been a while since I've been up to the peak so looking forward to it.

"There is a power at work that is not seen but nevertheless exists. When we are unable to deal with, or change, our situation this unforeseen power comes to our aid. So expect difficulties or obstacles to be transformed or even neutralised, but in all cases with a positive outcome. There is nothing to fear at this time, it is only a process, as the old gives way to the new. Without change growth cannot occur. The right ideas or actions will become apparent. © Stephen Haynes"

Nice wisdom.
I was raised in a staunchly christian, bible-thumping family. Since then I've completely rejected their religion, searched for others, and found none of them to be okay with me.
My christian upbringing taught that the Supreme won't come to your aid without prayer, and that also you either have to deserve good fortune, or else the Supreme is trying to send you a message. In spite of all their "religionizing", they constantly complained of "Murphy" (Murphy's Law) and other misfortunes as something you can expect - a very negative outlook on life.
There is no such thing as Murphy's Law, except in the negative energy people might nurture in themselves.

Funny - since leaving religions behind, I've found that life is better than ever. Like the wisdom in your post, I've found that good things simply, and mysteriously, happen for no apparent reason. I don't feel that I particularly deserve any of it - it just happens. And it happens with such regularity and frequency that I've come to expect it.
I hope I don't ever take it for granted. Since I'm getting older, and I've brushed with death too many times already, I think I probably won't take anything for granted anymore.

Good luck with the healing, and sweet dreams at night. Give Rocky a rub on the belly for me, will ya?

Hi Jeffo-

I don't go to church but I am very spiritual. I believe in positive thinking and being kind to all beings makes me a better person.
Good things happen if you believe in what you ask the universe for.
I love the wilderness and beauty it holds. That's were I pray on Sundays. I don't feel the need to have to go to a church to do that. I was raised Catholic.
But now I just follow my heart and and pray as I run to my higher power.

I gave Mr. Rocky a belly rub from you.
Have a great day.

Hey SR
Thanks!
I made the visor I'm not big into hats. So I always just cut the top off.
