HAPPY HALLOWEEN...........Halloween run on the Quarry lakes/Alameda creek trail 7 miles. I will post pictures of me & Rocky in our costumes later on today.
It is very over cast today..I love it!! Went to crossfit this morning & than ran. I'm off to go get a massage now then I work tonight at REI.
What were you doing during the Earthquake yesterday??? I was working at REI. We really felt it there. Felt pretty strong.
Hey lets keep my secret that I can fly. I really don't need all the media attention...LOL....
You know me gotta ham it up on a run. Always time to give my best modeling pose.
Happy and thankful that I'm healthy and can run and do the things I love to do. We must not forget these things.

So you fly as well as everything else? What's next? Walking throuhg stuff?

Hey, if you have to stay out of the sun, how do you keep your legs such an awesome tanned color? Do you use sunless lotion? What brand?

Your skin looks AWESOME, Catra. I'm jealous! I'm glad you're all healed and back to your old self.

We felt the earthquake out here in Stanislaus County so I know the bay area was rocking! My good friend lives very close to Alum Rock and she said she thought her house was going to collapse in on her. She doesn't get scared easily but she said the quake scared the living shit out of her.

I'm glad there were no injuries!

P.S. I love REI. One of my favorite stores ever!

Happy Halloweeeeen! We are having a good ole fashioned ghoulfest on Saturday. (They don't have the occasion here so we are free to decide the date for when it's most convenient)We invite the whole neighborhood. No costume no entry. America meets Holland with the best holiday ever! Food, folks, n' fun :)

Happy Halloween! Love the costume...an ex-goth, suburban, hardcore, runner chick! Who'd a thought ;-)

Not sure that I'll make it to the Mission Peak 12-hr as my body is still seriously recovering from Javelina and I have a lot of errands to get done this weekend. If I show up it will be a rather random occurrence.

Have a great night. I'll leave you with the following appropriate lyrics:

"O, why can't I live a life for me? Why should I take the abuse that's served? Why can't they see they're just like me? It's the same, it's the same all over the world"

Hi Jeffo-
I just cover my face & neck.
In the winter I use a self tanner. It's by supre. I get it at cosmo pro. You have to be a licenced cosmotologist to shop there. I think they also sell it in tanning salons.

Hi, I've never talked to you before but I've been coming to your blog for a long time-- you are such an inspiration to me. I'm running in my first marathon on May 4th, and aspire to run ultras someday. You're amazing.
