Woo hoo, three miles to go! Rio del Lago 100.
I must admit, I'm a little freaked out that I'm not running a hundred mile race this week.
I guess it's the addict in me wanting the next fix.

Wisdom card....

Great wisdom card today Catra. So true that we create our own life experience. Counting down the days until the Mother Road. Looking forward to meeting you and maybe getting to spend a little time running with you.

Hey Catra,

I did notice your were running on the road. I don't think I will be kicking anyone's ass on the MR. I am just going to approach it that I know I can do it (although this is my first 100) stay positive and get just get it done and have a good time and think about how good it will feel to cross the finish line under 30 hours.

Nice job on your 3rd 100! You look so strong there -- must be the light at the end of the tunnel.
Enjoy your weekend off, as hard as it may be.

Catra,

It was so inspiring to see you (you were on your way back from Willow Creek, on your way to Hazel Bluff) in the early hours of the morning. You are an amazing athlete. 4 100s in 5 weeks is mind boggling. Here is to Catra power! May more people take inspiration from you and turn their lives around.
