Obstacles don't have to stop you, If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up, figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Almost had my first date with pukie durning a WOD.
But he canceled at the last second..LOL......
I did the 150 burpees for time. It took me 15 min. but I got through it.
Not my best look but it's my crossfit look....LOL...

I did notice my form got very sloppy half way through and I fought until the end not to have to do girl push-ups. I know I was going all the way down but I did the best I could. I made sure to at least jump to my feet and do the full jump. I want to make sure next time I do this I keep better form.

I get this certain look after I do a wod, I call it my hardcore look. I don't get it after a Ultramarathon only after a crossfit wod. Hmmm, wonder why????

Burpees. are awesome and hard. When I did mixed martial arts(until the knee didnt want to) our warm ups were a ton of burpees, and I agree no girl push ups here either.....
I love this crossfit thing.Its my kind of workout.I trained with some powerlifters and that is the kind of stuff he had me doing, It rocked

You crushed me. I only managed 75 in yr time, though I'd never tried them before and wasn't lookin' for a pdate. Focused more on form. Tough tough, those things. I must add to me workout.

At least you did them. I'm use to doing them. But like I said my form went to shit by 75.

Ahh Suicideboy is alive and well in France. He hurt his ankle but he's fine.
He will hike the PCT solo in 2009. He was really in over his head out there for the few days he was out there.

Never knew what a burpee was until I read this. Today I worked 35 of them into my workout, a weak effort, but Rome wasn't built in a day. I can't imagine doing 150, but Lord willing I'll get there.
