Almost had my first date with pukie durning a WOD.
But he canceled at the last second..LOL......
I did the 150 burpees for time. It took me 15 min. but I got through it.
Not my best look but it's my crossfit look....LOL...
I did notice my form got very sloppy half way through and I fought until the end not to have to do girl push-ups. I know I was going all the way down but I did the best I could. I made sure to at least jump to my feet and do the full jump. I want to make sure next time I do this I keep better form.
I get this certain look after I do a wod, I call it my hardcore look. I don't get it after a Ultramarathon only after a crossfit wod. Hmmm, wonder why????
