“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.”
“To love is to risk not being loved in return. To hope is to risk pain. To try is to risk failure, but risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.”
There is a power at work that is not seen but nevertheless exists. When we are unable to deal with, or change, our situation this unforeseen power comes to our aid. So expect difficulties or obstacles to be transformed or even neutralised, but in all cases with a positive outcome. There is nothing to fear at this time, it is only a process, as the old gives way to the new. Without change growth cannot occur. The right ideas or actions will become apparent.

There is a lot of change that will be happening soon. Change is usually a good thing. It can be scary, but it usually makes me stronger.

Hey Catra,
I've been following your blog for quite a while and really enjoy it. I have a question for you. I'm thinking of getting my first tattoo but don't know what's best about not running until it heals. I'm looking at getting a small one on the outside of my lower leg, just above the sock line. I can get it done Thurs 2/5 and I have a race on the 15th which should be fine. But I need to get some training runs in between the tat and the race. Good idea? Any advice would be helpful.

Kettlebell question--What kind do you get? Do get vinal ones or something else? And what size do you recommend for a beginner--small sized woman trying to put on some muscle? Thanks
good luck with the change, whatever it might be.
