you guys rock. way to go!
What an inspiration you are, I loved reading your blog. I just finished my 1st 50k and it was so hard, but I hope I can gradually move up in distances.
congrats, catra! i'm glad you guys had a great time. rest well.
That's a rockin' time for a finish!
Congrats to you both. I saw you coming up Red House Loop and again on your way back into Tunnel Creek (I was taking numbers down) and you were looking great!
Great job, as always! What's next for you? Any hundreds in the cards back in the central US?
Excellent! Way to move those legs!
Oh yeah, something that you probably seen before, but if you haven't - I think this will help you with your Hand Stand Push Ups!

Hey TZ-
I have Headlands 100 miler in a couple weeks.
Nothing planned in the Central.
I have 4 more 100's to go for the year. I will throw some 50 milers and 50k's in somewhere. I will be doing a RIM 2 RIM 2 RIM of the Grand Canyon in Oct. and I think I'm fastpacking the JMT in August.
I have a pretty busy schedule.
Catra
