Chica, you are not crying on first picture, are you? You are so beautiful. I got interested and took a picture of my abs - ha! but not as bad as I feared:) Good dluck this weekend, and say hi to Andy.

It's good to take pictures of our abs so we can see improvement and progress. I swear by the abmat. Buy one it has made a huge difference in the tone and definition in my abs.
