Whoooo Hooooo!!!!! We're getting a crossfit in Anchorage!!!!!! It's opening in about 2 weeks!!! I can't wait!!! I'm going to stop by tomorrow and check it out even though it's not open yet.....

I noticed you did a different WOD than "Barbara"
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
But, have you completed Barabara before? I ask because MAN, if I ever saw someone complete this without stopping (other than the three minutes between rounds), I'd be shell-shocked.
What a tough, tough morning this was.
I love Crossfit because of this - you never know what to expect from one day to the next... but, after, 100 pullups, 150 pushups, 200 situps and 250 squats... well, let's just say I USED to thijnk I was strong.
Crossfit has a way of humbling the soul while strengthening the body.
Going for my Level I in two weeks.
