Happy Thanksgiving friends. I just want to say I am thankful for all of you my friends. I had an amazing 40 mile memorial run for Oskar. I will write more about it tomorrow. I hope you all had a beautiful day. I know I did!

What a wonderful run and a wonderful reminder in a previous post of what we all need to be more thankful for---being alive! I will do more looking ahead, both literally and figuratively, when I run AND try to say Hi to EVERYONE, not just look and nod when I don't feel like saying anything. Do people really not say Hi back to you on your trail runs? I guess I have been lucky in that no one has not at least nodded back to me; but, then again, I've logged far fewer miles than you :).
