TO HEAL THE BODY, YOU MUST HEAL THE MIND.
Today is for observation. Where does your mind wander naturally- into fear or fantasy, humor or stress? Follow your mind, and observe where it goes to feed itself. Do you like what you see?
Don't forget to do your WOD today. Here's what we did. http://www.crossfitoneworld.com
Today try to time yourself for 100 squats. Let me know how you do.
Have a beautiful day.

I love visiting your blog...it is usually so positive and gives me incentive. I hadn't checked it in a couple of weeks as my father died just last week so reading the part about your mother hit home. Wow 5 years...its been only a week for me and I'm still trying to figure out how I'm ever going to get over him gone.

Wow Catra,
I just loved the "Today is for observation....." I'm going to print it out and put it up in my home office. That is something I need to do on a daily basis. Thanks for sharing. I'll do the squat challenge later today and let you know how I do.

I show that you or someone else with the same name as you just completed a 100 mile race in Illinois last week, is this true? If so how did you do?

Hey Muts-
A weighted Bear crawl is when you have 35 pound weights for guys 50 pounds in your hands and crawl like a bear going across the gym floor lifting each weight up as you go. it sounds easy but by the thrid one it's hard.

Hey Lance thanks.
I'm so sorry to hear about your Father. It takes time, and you will never be over the fact that he's gone. The pain of losing him gets easier with time. But still you wish he was here.
I think of my Mom everyday, and everytime I go on my runs I say a prayer for her, and tell her thanks for keeping me safe on my journeys.
I carry my Mom in my heart, and mind. I know one day I will see her and my friends, and family again. But while I'm on earth I must live for them.

Hey Josh-
There is no one that runs Ultras that has the same name as me ;)

You must of saw the list for McNaughton park 150 mile run. It starts Friday. Was going to run it but I have to much stuff to do to get ready for the PCT journey so decided to do a 3 day fastpack 93 miles.
