We had a big class at Saturday morning detention. I brought a couple virgins. Julia & Fast Jerry. They enjoyed the challenge and will be back. We went out for a run after class.
I went back at 5pm for class 2 of the day. I brought Rocky he did awesome on his first crossfit workout. 2 x's 800 meter runs. Next time I'll time him,
Rose Mcgowan was so badass in Grind house. I think she is one of the most beautiful people on the planet . She has beauty & a body to die for. She's hot!!!
