My Favorite place to run Mission Peak....It was HOT!!! Finally heat training!!! I love the feeling of working up a good sweat on a run..Feels good!!! Have an awesome day..Cheers,

If you want heat and humidity, come to South Carolina! I am loathing doing my trail runs in 100 degrees, 100% humidity!

Oh I know it can be hot there. i run Umstead 100 miler in North Carolina in April and it always HOT & HUMID!!!!
