I ended up dropping down to the BLU relentless 24 hour course I was having a lot of issues, bladder infection,nausea, diarrhea.

Other than that I was fine. I was first in the relentless 24 hour race 75 miles. I'll take it.

Holy crap, Catra - that's almost like saying, "I was having a bit of trouble, my leg fell off and I somehow acquired a gunshot wound..."

Sorry to read of your troubles but good to read you're in good spirits about it.
