I guess I forgot to post after AC 100 I finished in 30:54

I had a awesome crew Joel, John & Shannon.

They were awesome and got me through it.

I had a week if in between and Ran Run de Vous 100 in 25:21

I had a slow race and didn't feel 100% I was actually sick until Thursday before the race.

I went for it, woo hoo that was my 94th , 100 mile race.
