"Your toughness is made up of equal parts persistence and experience. You don't so much outrun your opponents as outlast and outsmart them, and the toughest opponent of all is the one inside your head." - Joe Henderson

Catra,

I just found your blog recently and I think you are such an amazing inspiration and just a cool chick! I looked through a lot of your past posts (forgive me if you've posted it before) but do you have a specific training regimen you use? I very much want to get into trail running and would like to hear how you train.

Keep on posting! -Megan

Great job, Catra!

BTW, I pointed out your picture in Ultrarunner Magazine and she thought it was awesome! I did too!

Congraz!! What's the next run? We'll try aiming for a better timing by using the 2-1 pacing training method. It works for me and I'll actually blog more of these training method on my blog as well. You may want to take a look at my blog, http://singaporerun.wordpress.com
