My Favorite place to run, Mission Peak.
Well for now it will be hiking no running. Maybe next week I will be able to start running.
For now my doctor said I can hike & ride the bike in the gym.
I was so happy to be out on the trail today ,it's been so long.

  1. Thanks Cathy. Why havewn't you been able to run???

I'm happy that I'm able to be out on the trail even if it's just hiking.

Forgive me Catra but I don't know why you have not been able to run. I've had to take a month off recently and it sucks when your used to running so much. But what it does do once your healthily again is make you appreciate the times when you are healthily. Take care and happy running.

  5. Again, I'm jealous. It looks so green there. Here - six inches of snow this past weekend.

  6. Catra,

Your pictures are absolutely amazing. There was one posted a while back that is now my home screensaver - gorgeous!

Bought the Master Cleanse book today - a little light reading, and then I may take the plunge in a few weeks.

  10. Hey Christine-
Let me know what day you can meet me.
I don't work until 3pm. So I usually like to hike the peak at 9am it usually takes a couple hours it all depends how far I go.
If we just go to the top and down. It will take less than 2 hours.
