I Love Davey Havok!!!! I love the fact he is a vegan works out in the gym. Oh and he has never gotten drunk, or even had a beer. How many rock stars do we know that can say that??? See people always assume if we have tattoos and peircings we are all drug addicts....Well we're not....Catra

    I've been doing a lot of running here in Norfolk... My god the heat and humidity are killing me!! I guess I'm just going to have to take it a little more easy and hydrate more.....

    Matt Carpenter, the pride of Manitou Springs and generally considered the best altitude runner in the world, has never had a beer either.

    I was called a rock star at yesterday's San Juan 50 for going up one of the hills relatively fast. I mighta had a brew or two though.
