Happy belated birthday, Catra! My 45th birthday is one week after yours, on December 31st.
ReplyDeleteHope to run on the Backbone Trail for at least half of the day, tehn spend some time with my family. I hope you had a nice birthday.
Dear Catra,
ReplyDeleteThank you for showing us all that we can be so resilient after what we perceive to be hardship....and that, if we "live life love life" enough, we can often persist and not even notice the "hardship" while it is happening and grow stronger in the process.
Sorry I wasn't able to meet you during my last visit to CA...I did, as promised, dedicate my PCTR run to you and your sister. That energy gave me a 30K trail PR and also a CR, even taking the course change into consideration.
Happy New Year and best wishes for many happy runs in 2010! Ann
truly wisely spoken words. Stumbled upon your blog whilst surfing E-speed's blog. Love your pics and your adventures. A triathlet from germany, now a regular reader.
