Yeah, cool hats.....sounds like you run a cool class at WF, too. When I visit the Bay Area (maybe Nov or Dec), can I come to one (seriously)? If not, maybe I'll get to meet you at a PCTR event. Congrats on your R2R2R...I have never even done R2R yet...and you do CrossFit on top of that...WOW. Keep the spirit! Ann
