  4. Hey Ju-
I doubt it will be a big deal as long as Canada is correct. They might not let us cross the border.

I'm reading a book that the guy who had the speed record wrote. I think the record might be down to 81 days. We need to find out. I heard a guy named sqeeky has it.

If you were out at Quarry Lakes this morning, somehow Boomer and I missed you. Boomer (my handsome dog) and I have seen you many, many times out at Sunol, Mission Peak, and Alameda Creek Trail. I saw you on the cover of the magazine and found this blog. You certainly are an amazing woman. Thanks for sharing so much about yourself.

  12. Ju-
There are sections where we will need to carry 11 litters of water. There are many 29-32 mile sections where there isn't water.
Have you been reading the guide books??? The data book is great it tells us sections where we will have no water.
I need to order Yogis hand book off the PCT web-site. Last year the through hikers all carried this most important book.

    Woah
no i don't read the book because i don't have and more i don't speak and read well english so it's too long to read a english book
but it's impossible to carry 11 liter with us it's too heavy ....
how do you make for that???

  14. Catra,

You're right. Find what gives you joy and just do it! So many people don't know this simple formula, or think they can't have fun in life.
    Rock on!

    Happy trails,
    Bad Ben

Greetings...maybe you can spread out your gear and take a snapshot of it and post a list? I am eagerly waiting to see your gear list.
