I can't believe that little dog can run that far! Criminy -- he's in awesome shape.
Tommorrrow I run the Powerline trail from Kapaa to Princeville and back. Should be nice and slick it's been raining a fair amount at night. Today ran the ranch land between Poipu and Lihue. Oh man it's humid...talk about sweatty.Paul
