wisdom card..I release the past with ease, and I trust the process of life.

I do not use yesterday's mental garbage to create tomorrow's experiences. I create fresh new thoughts and a fresh new life.

Tahoe rim 100 miler is a few days away. I'm excited about running it. I'm also very excited about my 601 mile trifecta linking up three trails. I will start that on July 26th.
Life is all about the journey :)
